Lemon Pie Protein Shake

  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 1 Lemon Bar LÄRABAR, one half cut into chunks and the other half finely chopped
  • 1/2 ripe frozen banana
  • Non-dairy whipped cream, for topping
  • Granola, for garnish


  • Step 1

    Add oat milk, vanilla protein powder, half of the LÄRABAR, half of the frozen banana to a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Pour shake into a cup, add whipped cream, garnish with granola and the remaining chunks of the Lemon Bar LÄRABAR.
