ingredients
- 3/4 cup oat milk
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
- 1 Lemon Bar LÄRABAR, one half cut into chunks and the other half finely chopped
- 1/2 ripe frozen banana
- Non-dairy whipped cream, for topping
- Granola, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Add oat milk, vanilla protein powder, half of the LÄRABAR, half of the frozen banana to a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour shake into a cup, add whipped cream, garnish with granola and the remaining chunks of the Lemon Bar LÄRABAR.
