Fiery chili garlic wings make snacking both delicious and dangerous! The danger being that you might have to share with anyone within smelling distance!

- 1-1.5 lbs. wings
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 5 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. GF fish sauce
- 2 tsp. chili garlic oil
1. Clean and dry wings thoroughly with towel papers. Sprinkle on salt and baking powder and mix well so wings are evenly coated.
2. Arrange wings on a tray with baking rack. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, then turn the oven up to 450°F and bake until wings are crispy.
3. Mix together honey, fish sauce, and chili garlic oil. Taste and adjust to your liking. Toss wings in sauce. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and fried garlic bits.
