- 2 fillets salmon
- 1/ 4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Mix the soy sauce, honey, chili powder and lemon juice in a bowl. Put in the salmon fillets, coating evenly, and set aside for 20 minutes.
Pour sesame seeds in a small plate and place marinated salmon fillets flesh-side down to coat.
Lay the fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 390°F.
