Sidewinder's Fang

(7)
"Tiki Tuesday is here, so we made a Sidewinder’s Fang! Did peeling and carving the garnish take longer than making the cocktail? Maybe. Was it worth it? Big time! But hey this drink, created at the legendary Lanai Restaurant in San Mateo in the 1960s, is much more than just a really cool garnish—it’s citrus-forward, a little tart, and a lot refreshing."
