  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 8 ounces President, Brie Round, rind removed
  • 8 ounces President, Camembert, rind removed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 to 1 cup chicken stock, warmed
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
