ingredients

  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 peach
  • 1 plum
  • 1 apricot
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 2 heirloom yellow tomatoes
  • 2 heirloom red tomatoes
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 2 (8 ounce) balls fresh burrata
  • 1/2 pint multi-color cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon flakey salt
  • 1 tablespoon high quality extra virgin olive oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Cut all fruits and vegetables into 6-8 wedges, depending on the size of the fruit.

  • Step 2

    Plate the larger pieces onto a serving platter first, then the medium-size ones and then scatter the cherries and cherry tomatoes.

  • Step 3

    Top with the burrata, the fresh basil leaves, flakey salt and drizzle the oil over top.
