- 1 nectarine
- 1 peach
- 1 plum
- 1 apricot
- 1 bunch basil
- 2 heirloom yellow tomatoes
- 2 heirloom red tomatoes
- 1 cup cherries
- 2 (8 ounce) balls fresh burrata
- 1/2 pint multi-color cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon flakey salt
- 1 tablespoon high quality extra virgin olive oil
Cut all fruits and vegetables into 6-8 wedges, depending on the size of the fruit.
Plate the larger pieces onto a serving platter first, then the medium-size ones and then scatter the cherries and cherry tomatoes.
Top with the burrata, the fresh basil leaves, flakey salt and drizzle the oil over top.
