Spicy Tuna
ingredients
- Canned tuna
- Japanese mayo
- Sriracha
Seasoned rice
ingredients
- Cooked rice
- Nori Komi Furikake
- Chili oil
- chives
Method
Step 1
Combine the tuna, mayo, and sriracha in a bowl and set aside.
Step 2
Mix the rice and seasonings.
Step 3
Lay a piece of plastic wrap on the counter. Flatten the seasoned rice onto the plastic wrap. Add a generous spoonful of the tuna mixture. Using the plastic wrap, form a ball around the tuna with the rice.
Step 4
Remove the plastic wrap, and air fry at 375F for 8 minutes.
