Fried Oyster Benedict With Spicy Hollandaise

Fried Oyster Benedict - say no more...The recipe @snackiegillum used for the fried oysters is linked here. She add lots of Louisiana Hot Sauce to a classic hollandaise sauce, and when building the Benedict she starts with an english muffin, tops it with a little arugula tossed with olive oil and lemon juice, adds fried oysters and a bit more lemon, poached eggs, spicy hollandaise, and sprinkle of paprika, salt and pepper.
