ingredients

  • 1 ounce Vodka
  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • 1 ounce Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 ounces Grapefruit Juice
  • Tonic Water, to top
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters

Method

  • Step 1

    In a shaker combine vodka, Aperol, elderflower liqueur, bitters, and grapefruit juice over ice. Shake to chill then strain over fresh ice. Top with a splash of tonic water and a grapefruit wedge. Serve and enjoy.
