ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup warmed Half&half
  • 1 cup (1 1/2 oucnes plus more for topping Parmesan
  • 1 Wholly wholesome gluten free pizza dough ball
  • to top Mozzarella

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400. In a pan, melt 2 tbs butter. Add fresh ground black pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Pour in warmed half and half (or whatever milk you want to use is fine)

  • Step 3

    Drop in last tablespoon of butter, and parmesan cheese. Stir to melt together. Remove from heat and set aside.

  • Step 4

    Roll out pizza dough, (use whatever works for you. I love wholly wholesome gluten free pizza dough ball)

  • Step 5

    Spread sauce over pizza dough. Top with mozzarella, and desired amount of parmesan.

  • Step 6

    Bake 20-25 minutes until cheese has melted and crust has set. Broil last few if needed.

  • Step 7

    Allow to cool slightly for sauce to set. Top with flaky sea salt, and fresh basil if desired.
