- Olive oil cooking spray
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 box SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sweet Asian chili sauce, plus more for dipping
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 1/2 tablespoons green onions, sliced `
- 3/4 tablespoon sweetened coconut flakes
Method
Step 1
Lightly spray the muffin tin cups with olive oil cooking spray.
Step 2
Carefully press two wonton wrappers into each cup, slightly overlapping each. Lightly spray the outside of each cup with a little olive oil cooking spray. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy; set aside.
Step 3
Prepare Seapak Popcorn Shrimp according to the box instructions.
Step 4
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sweet chili sauce. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly into the cooled wonton cups.
Step 6
Add one teaspoon of orange marmalade to each.
Step 7
Add 2 pieces of SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp to each.
Step 8
Sprinkle with coconut flakes and green onion.
Step 9
Return pan to the oven for an additional 3 minutes at 350°F.
Step 10
Remove from oven and enjoy immediately served with additional sweet Asian chili sauce.
