ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp buckwheat groats
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp flax meal
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp split dried chickpeas/chana
  • 1/3 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 piece 85% dark chocolate
  • 1 Wegmans Apple Date bar
  • 1 sliced dried figs
  • 1 tbsp blueberries

Method

  • Step 1

    Add the mashed banana, milk. groats, oats, seeds, and split chickpeas together in a jar/bowl. Mix well.

  • Step 2

    Refrigerate the jar overnight.

  • Step 3

    Take the jar and empty into a bowl, or leave it in the jar as you wish. If you would like it warm for a nice chocolaty melt, you can heat it up in a pot stovetop or microwave it.

  • Step 4

    Add your cooked chickpeas, pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate, date bar, dried figs, and blueberries as well as any other toppings that you like.

  • Step 5

    Spoon in and enjoy!
