Garlic Razor Clams
RECIPE:<br> Ingredients<br> 500g fresh razor clams<br> 5cloves of garlic, minced<br> 20g rice vermicille, soaked to soften<br> 1/4 tsp salt<br> Drizzle of soy sauce<br> Pinch of sugar<br> <br> Directions<br> 1. Remove the black sags from the clams.<br> 2. Put evenly the rice vermicille on the cleaned clams.<br> 3. Mix garlic and all seasonings. Spread onto the clams.<br> 4. Steam on high heat for 8 mins.<br> 5. Serve hot.
