Garlic Razor Clams

500g fresh razor clams<br>
5cloves of garlic, minced<br>
20g rice…
RECIPE: Ingredients 500g fresh razor clams 5cloves of garlic, minced 20g rice vermicille, soaked to soften 1/4 tsp salt Drizzle of soy sauce Pinch of sugar Directions 1. Remove the black sags from the clams. 2. Put evenly the rice vermicille on the cleaned clams. 3. Mix garlic and all seasonings. Spread onto the clams. 4. Steam on high heat for 8 mins. 5. Serve hot.
