Serves 4

Ingredients

2 apples, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup shredded carrots

2 cups fresh orange juice

1 tablespoon raw honey 

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon turmeric

2 handfuls of ice 

 

Method

Blend everything together in a high speed mixer until smooth. Enjoy!
