Peanut Butter Covered Banana with Granola

peeked a banana, covered it in pecan butter then rolled it in some crunchy grain-free granola and sliced it into little “sushi” bites👌🏻dipped in some coconut yogurt

  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granola
  • For the dip:
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut yogurt


  • Step 1

    Peel the bananas. Spread the peanut butter over the bananas and roll in the granola, covering the fruit.

  • Step 2

    Slice the granola-covered banana into circles and place onto a plate.

  • Step 3

    To make the dip, mix together the coconut yogurt with peanut butter in a small bowl. It's ready to serve.
