Who says you need more than one pot to make a gorgeous pasta dish? There are so many great things about just cooking in one pan. Not only are you dirtying just one dish, but as the pasta cooks, the starches provide a natural thickening agent, making your sauce rich and supple. Not to mention, as the pasta cooks in the sauce, it soaks up so much of the flavor, letting it permeate throughout the noodles. I’m getting hungry just writing about it! So, with that in mind, ditch that huge stock pot and make life a little easier.
