- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Trader Joe's Italian Bomba Hot Pepper Sauce
- 5 canned plum tomatoes
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- Salt
- 1 box chickpea pasta shells, cooked according to package directions
Method
Step 1
Place all ingredients besides chickpea shells into a blender and pulse until you achieve your desired consistency for the sauce. Toss with pasta.
