Spicy Romesco Pasta

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Trader Joe's Italian Bomba Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 5 canned plum tomatoes
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • Salt
  • 1 box chickpea pasta shells, cooked according to package directions


  • Step 1

    Place all ingredients besides chickpea shells into a blender and pulse until you achieve your desired consistency for the sauce. Toss with pasta.
