Glazed Ham

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

  • Step 2

    Place ham cut side down in the roasting bag and roll up. Place in a roasting pan.

  • Step 3

    Bake ham at 325 degrees until the center registers 100-110F degrees, (about 10-14 minutes per pound).

  • Step 4

    Meanwhile, whisk together brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey and mustard in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stirring often, until the brown sugar dissolves, about 1-2 minutes. Set aside.

  • Step 5

    Remove ham from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 400F degrees.

  • Step 6

    Carefully open the roasting bag and brush the ham all over with ⅓ of the glaze.

  • Step 7

    Bake, uncovered, until the ham reaches an internal temperature of around 140F degrees, approximately 20-30 minutes, brushing with additional glaze every 10 minutes.

  • Step 8

    Remove the ham from the oven and brush again with glaze. Serve immediately.
