Ragda pattice! Stewed peas topped with savory potato cakes, tamarind date chutney, mint cilantro chutney, crunchy chickpea noodles, cilantro, and chaat masala. Quintessential "chat patta" Indian street food- the perfect blend of different textures and spicy, sweet, salty, and tangy flavors. This dish pairs super well with @sippsparkling zesty orange drink which is flavored with blood orange, lime, and jalapeño.
Power bowl! ? Mujadara (brown rice and puy lentils), grilled tofu, kale, carrots, tomatoes, olives, and a mint tahini sauce!
