ingredients
- 60 ml gin
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 22 1/2 ml simple syrup
- Handful of basil
Method
Step 1
First muddle the basil in a shaker and add the remaining ingredients.
Step 2
Shake for a couple of seconds with ice cubes and double strain into a old double fashioned glass filled with ice.
Step 3
Garnish with a basil leaf.
