These thin&nbsp;cookies are both <a href="https://thefeedfeed.com/gluten-free-cookies" target="_blank">gluten free</a>&nbsp;<em>and</em>&nbsp;<a href="https://thefeedfeed.com/vegan-cookies" target="_blank">vegan</a>. A little more brown sugar than white keeps the centers chewy while the edges are crispy, and the flaky salt on top amplifies the chocolate flavor!</p>
