- 60 ml Gin
- 20 ml Lime Juice
- 80 ml Grape Fruite Juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- Thyme
Method
Step 1
Using a jigger, pour Rose-infused gin into your favourite shaker.
Step 2
Add a splash of Lime juice, Grapefruit juice and a Simple syrup shake to mix.
Step 3
Garnish with fresh Thyme leaves & ready to serve.
