ingredients

  • 500 g frozen Peas
  • 1 chopped Chili
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 liter Water
  • 2 tsp Broth Powder
  • 1 Lemon, the juice
  • some Cream
  • Chorizo
  • some Mint Leaves

Method

  • Step 1

    Pour 1 liter of hot water over the frozen peas and add the broth powder. Leave to stand for about 10 – 15 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Put the peas with the water and all the other ingredients except the cream and the chorizo in a mixing glass and puree. Season the soup well!

  • Step 3

    You can also add ice cubes to serve the soup very cold.

  • Step 4

    Pour the soup into nice glasses or cups, put a dab of cream on top and decorate with a few pieces of chorizo, sprinkle with mint leaves.
