Sausage & Bacon Egg Cups
Ingredients:
12 eggs
1 package of 5280 Meat Black Pepper Bacon
1# package of 5280 Meat Breakfast sausage (cooked)
Flavor God Italian Zest
Directions:
Pre-bake bacon for 10 minutes at 350*. Remove from oven and let cool. In a well-greased muffin tin, line the bacon inside the muffin tin and scoop in the breakfast sausage, fill about 1/3 way to the top. Next, crack open an egg and gently pour on top of the sausage inside the bacon (some of the egg whites might spill over onto the bacon, which is ok too!) and sprinkle with Italian Zest or any of your other favorite flavors. Bake for about 15-20 minutes in a 350* oven or until the whites are no longer runny. These are perfect for meal prep and store well for about a week in the fridge.
