Dried Fruit Oat Granola Bars
"Need a nut free gluten free granola bar for school lunches? I got you covered! Super healthy, packed with goodies and superfoods - my type of granola. The original recipe is by @superhealthykids. Nat & Amy made a delicious chocolate chip version but if your kids have a gluten sensitivity check out what we did to make it gluten free."

Ingredients:

2 cups gluten free oats
1/2 cup glutenfree flour (I used @bobsredmill)
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup dried fruit (dates and goji)
1/4 cup seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix all wet ingredients and add in all your dry ingredients

Line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and press your granola mix into the dish

Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
