Filling

Pears, slices

cinnamon

sugar

Directions:

To 200ml of boiling water we add 50gr of oil, a pinch of salt and 350g of flour, if necessary add more flour, the dough should be well-pulled from the hands.

Roll your galette dough into a rough circle

Cut pears into slices, and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, bake until golden brown!
