"Steak salad with my new delicious Magic Elixir, Spicy Poblano Sauce. I’ve been teasing this behind the scenes quite a bit, and I’m excited to finally share it with you. It’s my new favorite! Here, we served it with a bed of greens, avocado, jicama frites, radishes, and Marinated Red Onions. Grill a double portion of the steak and get extra jicama, because you’re going to want to dip all day long, once you’ve tasted this magnificent sauce. It’s perfect with a salad, tacos, Everyday Roast Chicken Breast, or as a dipping sauce with crudités. We blackened the poblanos for a deep rich flavor and used them for a base.
