"Thinking about last week’s jackets and steak with that herby, garlic and chilli butter. @cleaversorganicmeat kindly gifted their Basic Box of prime cuts which really isn’t basic IMO! Part of the box were four rump and ribeye steaks. I like to keep my steak simple but primo; bit of salt, pepper, olive oil. Fry on a high heat - 1 minute each side, 2-3 times depending on the thickness of the steak (I like mine rare - go for another 2 flips for medium). Brush with a sliced garlic clove and some fresh rosemary as it’s cooking and Bob’s your uncle. Now I just need to figure out what I’m making with their premium beef mince and lamb & rosemary sausages. I love a good sausage - if you’ve watched my Stories from Germany last year, you’ll know lol They’re still up on my Highlights under “Xmas 2019”.
