Seed And Fruit Loaf

Makes 2 loaves:

-1/3 cup ground Almonds
-3/4 cup Sunflower seeds
-1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
-1/2 cup chopped Hazlenuts
-1/4 cup Almond slices
-1.5 cups chopped dried figs
-2 cups oats
-1/2 cup Linseeds
-1/3 cup Psyllium seed husk
-1 Tbsp Cinnamon
-1 tsp Vanilla paste
-2 tsp salt
-2.5 cups water
-1/4 cup Olive oil
-1/4 cup Maple syrup

Mix everything together in a large bowl, cover and let it soak overnight. Preheat oven to 205°C and bake in 2 loafpans for 1.5 hours! Let it cool conpletely in the loafpan before moving to a rack. Feel free to substitute the dried fruit with dried Apricots, Raisins, Dates or other stuff! And replace the nuts too if you are allergic to a specific kind
