ingredients

  • 2 tabelspoons sugar
  • 2 tabelspoons boiling water
  • 1 can liquid from chickpeas
  • 1 teaspoon beetroot powder
  • 1 cup oat milk

Method

  • Step 1

    Strain can of chickpeas into a bowl to use the liquid from the can. Use a handheld mixer to whip them until fluffy.

  • Step 2

    Meanwhile boil water and pour two tablespoons in a bowl with sugar and beetroot powder to dissolve.

  • Step 3

    Once the aquafaba (chickpea liquid) is frothy, add in the pink bowl of sugary goodness. Fill two mini small jars with oat milk and ice and spoon the frothy pink on top.

  • Step 4

    You can also make this with an egg white if you don’t have chickpeas! Garnish with some edible flowers
