Caramelized Almonds
50g water
125 g granulated sugar
250 g almonds
Directions:
In a saucepan, bring sugar & water to a boil. Add in the almonds and stir with a spatula constantly until golden in color. Remove from heat and from saucepan. Set on parchment paper to cool.
