ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- sea salt, to taste
Method
Step 1
Bring pan to low heat, adding all of the ingredients except for the salt. Stir frequently so the chocolate does not burn.
Step 2
Remove the pan from heat when all of the chocolate is melted and the mixture is a smooth, even consistency.
Step 3
Once cool, store in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
