ingredients
- 1 15 ounce package Crave House Italian-Style Plant-Based Sausages
- 5 ounces goat cheese
- 5 small sub rolls, split and toasted
- 2 ounces mixed greens
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced roasted red peppers
Method
Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat, then add Crave House Italian-Style Plant-Based sausages and cook according to package directions.
Step 2
Once cooked through, split the sausages lengthwise, but not cutting all the way through. Place split sausages back in the skillet, cut side down, to sear the inside.
Step 3
While sausages are finishing cooking, spread a thick layer of goat cheese on one side of the toasted sub roll.
Step 4
To assemble the sandwiches, place mixed greens on the bottom of the sub roll. Then top with a sausage and finish with roasted red peppers. Close the sandwich and enjoy!
