ingredients
- 2 Pineapples, cut in half lengthwise and core and some of flesh removed to create a bowl (reserve edible flesh for topping)
- 2 cups coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 kiwi, cut into chunks
- Quinoa pops (optional), for serving
Method
Step 1
Add coconut yogurt to prepared pineapples and top with berries, reserved pineapple flesh and kiwi. Top with quinoa pops (if using) and serve immediately.
