Recipe Card


  • 2 Pineapples, cut in half lengthwise and core and some of flesh removed to create a bowl (reserve edible flesh for topping)
  • 2 cups coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 kiwi, cut into chunks
  • Quinoa pops (optional), for serving


  • Step 1

    Add coconut yogurt to prepared pineapples and top with berries, reserved pineapple flesh and kiwi. Top with quinoa pops (if using) and serve immediately.
