No sugar added Strawberry banana bars
Makes 9 large bars
4 eggs
1 1/2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup coconut shreds
1 cup chopped strawberries + 4-6 strawberries for topping
Drizzle:
1-2 tbsp raw coconut butter + 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions:
1. Mix wet ingredients
2. Add in dry ingredients and mix
3. Fold in chopped strawberries and raw coconut shreds
4. Add to a lined 8x8 baking dish
5. Top with strawberry slices
6. Bake 350 F 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
7. Melt your coconut butter and coconut oil and drizzle on top
8. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container
