"Here is a good recipe to use up those ripe bananas sitting on your counter, GRAIN-FREE BANANA BREAD BLONDIES. It’s a cross between banana bread and a fluffy cake consistency. I can’t wait for you all to try these out! Happy baking friends!

Banana Bread blondies
Makes 9 large squares (makes more if you cut into smaller squares)
2 large pasture raised @vitalfarms eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup @artisanaorganics coconut oil melted
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup @georgiagrinders almond butter
2 Tbsp flaxseed meal (omit if you don’t have)
1 cup Almond flour
1/2 cup Coconut flour
Pinch of sea-salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup @evolvedchocolate chopped chocolate + 2 Tbsp for topping
Sprinkle of flaky salt for topping
Instructions
1. Mix wet ingredients
2. Add dry ingredients and mix
3. Fold in chocolate chips
4. Add to a lined 8x8 baking dish and top with more chopped chocolate
5. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
6. Sprinkle flaky salt on top
7. Let cool for 15 minutes and cut into squares
