Kabocha Squash Smoothie

Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup steamed, cubed and frozen kabocha squash
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, optional
  • splash of almond milk


  • Step 1

    Blend all ingredients together until creamy, adding more almond milk or other nondairy milk for a thinner consistency. Top with granola, fruit, coconut and more nut butter.
