S'mores Gratin With Graham Cracker Dippers

INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cup whipping cream
2 1/4 cups dark chocolate, finely chopped
1 bag large marshmallows
Graham crackers, for serving


DIRECTIONS
Place chocolate and about 10-12 marshmallows which have been cut into smaller pieces into a bowl. Heat the cream to just below boiling point, and pour over the chocolate and marshmallows. Let sit for a few minutes to allow to melt, and stir it all together into a smooth chocolate sauce. If it doesn’t all melt, place it over the heat again until it becomes smooth.

Preheat the broiler. Pour the chocolate sauce into small ovenproof dishes. Cut the remaining marshmallows in half and place it on top of the chocolate sauce. Place the dish under the broiler and cook until marshmallow begin to brown. This goes quickly, so keep and eye on it! Serve warm with graham crackers.
