Pineapple and Passion fruit smoothie with coconut yogurt. I'm almost a week into the elimination diet and I've got to say, I'm sleeping a bit better and I have a surge of natural energy right in the morning - without a cup of coffee! Which hasn't happened since I was 7 years old or unless it's Christmas morning. Have you guys ever tried an elimination diet or cleanse? It's been ages since I made coconut milk oatmeal but it's freezing out so it's about time 🤗 I spiced it up with cardamom, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla for a cozy fall feeling ☺️ And thank you to my dear friend @nutriholist for making this oatmeal special with a lovely drizzle of delicious Canadian maple syrup she brought to me last week ❤️ So happy to make real life friendships because of this space - Instagram is almost like the E-Harmony of friendships 🙈😂❤️
Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes With Coconut Yogurt
* Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes that were suppose to be waffles but my waffle maker doesn't work and I guess you get what you pay for ($18) 😂🙈 * I had a bunch of lemons about to go off and had planned on making this recipe months ago with oranges instead, butttt, lemons sounded just as refreshing and a nice change to my usual sweet pancakes ☺️ These have a nice zesty zing to them and are topped with coconut whip cream and fresh orange slices. I'll post the recipe soon ❤️ Anyways, how are you guys? Almost the weekend! 🙌🏻 Do you have any fun plans? Creamy Wild Mushroom And Sage Polenta
* Creamy Sage Polenta with Sautéed Wild Mushrooms 😍 * San Francisco's weather really is out of control. A few days ago it was 80F (finalllllly 🙈) and, unsurprisingly, it dropped 20 degrees today, but that's not all! This weekend it's suppose to jump yet again to 80F 🙉 haha I honestly would hate to be a tourist visiting this city 😂 Just bring your entire closet pretty much 🙈 But since the next few days seem to be on the cooler side, I'm making some fall comfort foods, like this creamy polenta 🤗 Such an easy recipe that finally lets me use all the sage I have growing in my garden 💩 Do you guys have any recipes that use sage? Would love to get a little creative with the herb ❤️ ps: I'll share this recipe on Saturday...when it's suppose to be 80F ☀️

Dark Chocolate Pudding - made with two secret ingredients! The weather has been beautiful in the city these past few days so I went on a hike to the ocean and woke up with a sunray designed burn on my back! It couldn't look more hysterical with alternating white and red strips down my back flaring out into the shape of sunrays Should I show you guys on snapchat. Probably not. Now I'm going to go to town with my aloe vera plant...and then make this chocolate dessert
