So easy to make: In an oven safe bowl, put cauliflower florets, chopped sweet potatoes, red bell pepper and garlic. Add olive oil and salt, mix and put in the oven: 35 minutes at about 375 degrees. When veggies are roasted, put in the food processor and add almond milk, cornstarch and water mixture, a teaspoon of cumin and coriander powder.
