Method

  • Step 1

    Set the ice cream bars out of the freezer for about 10 minutes to soften slightly.

  • Step 2

    Remove the ice cream from the stick from all the vanilla bars, and blend with a mixer until it forms a smooth consistency.

  • Step 3

    Layer the bottom of your dish with the ice cream blend.

  • Step 4

    Combine the Oreo cookies with with the melted butter, it’s okay if it’s not perfectly crushed. Sprinkle the cookie layer over the vanilla ice cream.

  • Step 5

    Remove the strawberry bars from the popsicle sticks, and mix again. Layer on top of the cookies and place in the freezer while you make the whipped cream.

  • Step 6

    Combine heavy cream and powdered sugar, and whip until stiff peaks form. Smooth over the top, and place back in the freezer.

  • Step 7

    Freeze for at least 2 hours.

  • Step 8

    Decorate the cake with piped icing and sprinkles if desired.
