Recipe for those who are up for it: 150 g raspberries (frozen or fresh), 150 g cashew nuts, 6 dates, 150 water, 1tsp lemon juice. Mix all ingredients well together in a mixer till it is creamy. Line some cling film on a bread tin and pour the mixture in. Put the bread tin in the freezer for 5 hours or more. So easy is it! ? #vegan #glutenfree"
