  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Method

  • Step 1

    Place all the ingredient into the blender. Add handful of ice if you would like drink colder.
