- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/ 2 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1/ 2 avocado
- 1/ 2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/ 2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1/ 2 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/ 4 teaspoon cinnamon
