Vanilla Cauliflower Oatmeal with Berries and Almond Butter

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Fresh berries
  • 2-3 tbsp creamy almond butter


  • Step 1

    Add oats, cauliflower rice, and almond milk to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn the heat down to low and simmer the oat mixture for 8-10 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Once finished cooking, turn off the heat and whisk in protein powder.

  • Step 3

    Transfer the oats to a bowl and top with berries and almond butter.
