For the Salad

ingredients

  • 3 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced radishes
  • 1/ 2 cup hemp seeds

For the Dressing

ingredients

  • 1/ 4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon coconut nectar or maple syrup
  • Handful of cilantro
  • 1/ 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Pink himalayan salt

Method

  • Step 1

    In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients.

  • Step 2

    In a separate small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.

  • Step 3

    Toss salad with dressing and serve immediately.
