Get a triple dose of caramel by layering a Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Squares between two Dutch Stroopwafel wafer cookies (everyone’s favorite airline treat!) with a jumbo toasted marshmallow and a luscious drizzle of Ghirardelli Caramel Sauce for good measure.

  • 8 caramel stroopwafel cookies
  • 4 jumbo marshmallows
  • 4 Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Squares
  • Ghirardelli Caramel Sauce, for drizzling


  • Step 1

    Toast marshmallows over a campfire or barbecue (or carefully over a burner on the stove!) to desired doneness.

  • Step 2

    Place one toasted marshmallow on one stroopwafel, then top with a Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Square and a drizzle of Ghirardelli Caramel Sauce. Top with another stroopwafel and let the chocolate warm slightly for about 30 seconds before serving.
