Fried Eggs with Spicy Red Pepper Avocado

  • 2 pasteurized eggs
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/2 avocado
  • red pepper flakes, sea salt, sesame seeds and black pepper, to taste


  • Step 1

    Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ghee.

  • Step 2

    Crack the eggs into the pan and fry until cooked. Cover the pan to cook the egg faster and evenly.

  • Step 3

    Serve the fried egg with half an avocado topped with red pepper flakes, sea salt, sesame seeds, and black pepper.

  • Step 4

    Also sprinkle the egg with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
