ingredients
- 5 pieces Potato
- 5 teaspoons Mustard Oil
- 1 teaspoons Nigella Seeds
- 1 teaspoons Indian five spice
- 2 pieces Dry red Chilli
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Sugar
- 1 pieces Tomato
Method
Step 1
Peel off the skin of potatoes. Cut them into cubes and boil them. ( It helps in reducing cooking time,also results in even boiling of potatoes).
Step 2
Pour mustard oil in pan. Temper the oil with 1 tsp Nigella Seeds,1 Tsp Indian five spice and 2 dry red Chilli.
Step 3
Put the potato cubes. Start frying. Add salt and sugar to taste. (Sugar is optional).
Step 4
Cut the tomato into cubes. Put them in pan. Saute them.
Step 5
Add water as much needed. Cook till water absorbs all the flavour of the masala.
Step 6
Serve hot.
