ingredients

  • 5 ounce container Papad
  • 1 teaspoons Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoons Garam Masala powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • 1 pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 inch Ginger slice
  • Mustard Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Jeera

Method

  • Step 1

    Pour oil in pan. Put Papad in pan. Fry them golden and set aside.

  • Step 2

    Temper the same oil with 1/2 Tsp Jeera. Put potato slices for frying. Make paste of tomato and ginger. Put the paste in pan.

  • Step 3

    Coat well. Add 1 Tsp Coriander powder. Add water next. Cook till water absorbs the flavour. Add fried Papad. Mix everything and put off flame.
