ingredients

  • 300 grams Chicken
  • 2 pieces sliced Tomato
  • 1/2 inch sliced Ginger
  • 8 pieces sliced Garlic cloves
  • 1 cups Mustard Oil
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Tomato Ketchup

Method

  • Step 1

    Pressure cook chicken for 1 whistle. This will soften texture of chicken pieces.

  • Step 2

    Make paste of tomato, ginger and garlic cloves. Pour mustard oil in pan. Temper with sugar. Add the paste. Add salt to taste and 1 Tsp Turmeric powder.

  • Step 3

    Cook till raw smell of masala goes away. Add chicken pieces. Mix everything. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Remove lid. Toss gently. Put off flame.
